You can then upload your PDF (and save as PDF) and run, or run as a normal image file with your favorite PDF viewer. You don't have to use the “Make & Print” function and I have not used it, but I guess you could use it. . It worked with PDF maker 1.4 and 1.5, both of which are free to download from PDF maker. It does not work with a lot of other versions of PDF maker either, but it worked for me, so it does work with PDF maker 1.5 and below too. Here are a couple of screens from it. . So now I have that basic application up and running with PDF maker 1: Version 1.5 works.  Version 1.6 may work, too; I haven't tested that one.  One other thing I don't have time to track down or try: There is an open source alternative called “Tiny PDF”..
